im picking up my engine tomorrow off my mate whos taking it out of his car i just want to check im getting everything i need...

1.6 sport engine

im going to use my 1.4 gear box for better acceleration

wiring loom

ecu

drive shafts

and he said he can put the chip into my key and theres a black chip on my ignition barrel and he can swap that with his and it will work

if i missed anything let me no thanks

Loom is the same, gearbox is the same anyway, driveshafts are the same, just need the engine, ecu, key chip and transponder ring.

Straight swap mate.. as said.. need ecu, transponder and key chhip.

make sure you change the ecu because loads of people have had problems with running 14 ecu's with a 1.6 engine

yup mine ran like shit on a 1.4 ecu.

No its not.

1.4 uses F13
1.6 uses F15.

1.4 uses F13
1.6 uses F15.
