getting back into training after 3 months (what an idiot to actually stop training as i have lost over a stone) but doubt its going to take that long to get it back tbh..

just wanting to punish my shoulders and upper chest, anyone know some good exercises for them?

Incline Bench + Incline Fly shoud do it mate

I try to do 4 sets of 8 on each.

i did also (first time i have tried them) left some nice trainer marks on the wall though

I used a step aerobics thingy. First time I've tried them too. I like it.

i was thinking of using the 'step' but the angle didnt seem much from a normal pushup resulting me putting my feet up the wall lol

Yeah it's only about a foot or so off the floor. Might get adventurous when I get some more practice.

My shoulder workout consists of shoulder press (sitting down), lateral raises, reverse flys and shrugs.

I tend to use the plyometric boxes. Get a 10kg plate on your back if you wanna roll with the big dogs!
