Sunday was a day to remember,I got a run in speckys tigra(the beast) what an awsome pice of kit it is .before we did the run we were told if he ran over 130 mph with a pasanger in the car he would be banned from ever racing at pod again.so boost turned down and off we went like a bat out of he'll lol,Jesus it just pins you to the seat any way 2up, low boost, coming off the power and bracking before the line to make sure we didn't go to 130 mph and still managed an 11.5. Thanks to specky and big all for that opertunatey

the rules are very relaxed at crail. Probably why its more fun and far less serious than other places. Felt quite out my depth at york last month. Even my local is more strict than crail is.

How do they go on with the drag car twin seater then? Or is it a case of if you go over 130mph youve got to wear flame proof suit and helmet?

Thats a good point about the twin seated drag car. They ran that on Sunday with one of the Maxxis girls in and that did over 130 easy.

Bet it was awesome.A dream for most folk, even getting into the 11s in a FWD Vauxhall is a dream for most.Or some. And without even trying is what makes it even better.

Did you just go up to him and ask for a passenger run??

The proper drag cars probably have regulations that they need to stick to and therefore the insurance will cover them whereas Specky's will just be considered a road car which they obviously have limits on
