And 1 year of proper searching... I've finally put down a deposit on my dream car 8-)
Obviously it's been Samco'd up, but apart from a few uprated parts the engine is running pretty much standard power. Hopefully that'll change soon... lots of history pretty much all from BB Performance. Comes from an owner who has had 12 of these cars over his time so I'm as full of confidence as you can be with a 22 year old car.
Gaz adjustable coilovers, I hated the vent at first but it's actually active! So I guess I'm okay with that. New (standard) seats have been put in. Only beef is quite a few patches of rust around, nothing underneath or on the sills though, and the remote fob isn't currently working. So because the doors have been smoothed over you have to enter via the boot lol. However I'm gonna chuck this car on my insurance as a second car to iron out the problems before I start using it properly. Oh, and no power steering is a fucking pain!
Changes... standard grill back on. Maybe new bumpers as you can see the slats have been cut out and meshed over which I think looks a bit shit! Center parts for the Turbine's if I can actually get my hands on any. Then it will be a full respray (same colour) and treat all the rust. And my ultimate aim, of course, is to try and reach that legendary 200bhp

This one has cost me £1,250 with 11 months MOT but no TAX. It would go for more if it weren't for the rust patches.

I'll let you know in due course! To be honest prices for parts seem quite reasonable, have a look here for examples... http://gt-turbo-spares.co.uk/

I'm almost tempted to go 'cruising' in it lol. Does cruising still exist in Southend? Not been for years.

Thanks mate. Yeah the bonnet is actually in use though, it's scooping cold air into the entire... so I can't just rip it off. May eventually replace it with a cool louvres one. Yeah I love the wheels although they're missing the center parts! Meant to look like this...
Maybe it's hard to see in my pictures.

Basically comes from when my first ever girlfriend's brother had one... and he gave me a lift home in it. First time I experience boost and I was like damn I gotta have one of these one day! And I also just love the look, and the fact they're so tiny! Cute
