has anyone had one of these.
this is the 1st one that has been set up against me.
i sold a phone a month ago on ebay.
received the money posted the item royal mail special delivery.
i have proof online that its been signed for and delivered no problem.

my paypal balance is - £250 because of this fraudster.
he is saying he never made any payment and is credit card company are investigating.

im just wondering if the credit card company turn round and say you loose.
will paypal just dig into my bank account and take the money ?

As long as you posted it to a VERIFIED address then you're covered, or should be at least. My advice, get rid of any debits or links to paypal with and cards or bank accounts you have because they won't have a 2nd thought about fucking you over, as long as they're not at a loss.

It might not have been the guy that owns the credit card who ordered the phone.

You'd have to find out if it's been fraud on the card or if it's somebody claiming they haven't received it when they have.

Dont matter if you get rid of it as they pass the debt on to a collector.

Yes and you tell them to get stuffed The amount of paypal accounts I have in the minus is unreal. Why should I suffer the loss when they claim full protection?

I wouldn't put it past them if you have a card on file. I rang my bank and told them no payments to them under any circumstances. They're currently fucking me again at the moment actually...

TBH fraud seems really easy to do with ebay/paypal.

Take my current situation...

Sold an xbox on ebay fully working, guy put in a claim saying it was broken after a week then sent me back a different non-working xbox with different serial. Prove that one.

Ebay is TOTALLY in favour of the buyer, sellers seem to have little rights.

Just an update on my problem above. Ebay were actually cool and refunded me out of their own pocket! I take back everything I said
