when i take them out im also gona take seat belts out with it. what will happen when i comes to mot? jus leev it and it will pass?

yeah will be fine

only a problem if there are seats but no belts

will pass if u remove the seat belts aswell as the seats,

supposed to change your v5 to a 2 seater and inform insurance also as it is changing the seating capacity of the vehicle.
