1.4 16v Sport.

EGR pipe is cracked, how easy is it to replace?

anythin on the egr system is in the head. only protruding part is the valve...

do you mean the sai system?

and help section....

if it is the sai system.. there are a couple of pipes. and all easy to swap

Oh i assumed the egr was connected to some sort of pipe...

Its making a sound under acceleration like the exhaust is leaking, I have looked everywhere for the leak but it looks like its coming from below the egr...

I blanked the egr in an effort to try and sort it but was told by someone it could be the pipe?

I have removed the sai pump and blanked the hole.
