I've got the new iPhone reserved at Phones 4 U but been hearing bad things about them. Wondering what peoples views of them are on here? anyone have any stories?

Last time I had a contract with them, they added on phone insurance without telling me a word about it. Came out for months without me realising.
Granted I would of signed for it, but as it wasn't discussed, i didn't think I was signing for £15 a month insurance which I already had elsewhere.

I ordered a desire through them, delivery within 3-5 days, 5 days later I get a phone call saying it might be in stock in another week.
That was enough for me, cancelled and went elsewhere.
