I used matt black for my calipers...Hammerite High heat. Yellow calipers?
Heres what mine look like...
Id suggest either silver or this matt black.

The hammerite stuff? Yeah no problems.
Your drums will probably be rusty, you need to take all the rust off with a wire brush attachment for a drill/emery cloth/hand wire brush beforehand then apply a few coats leaving each coat to dry.

dont use the foliatec paint cos its shite. i used one coat of it and it took about 36 hours to dry. i then went to halfords and bought a can of normal paint and gave them a good few coats with that. they have been like that for just over a year and they are still fine

Did someone forget to use the hardner?
Personally ive used normal silver smooth finish hammerrite on my drums and calipers. Went for a country lane thrash a few days after it had been on, got back and had a walk round the car too see if it had melted off, and it was fine. Mind you i could feel the heat of the front and rear brakes from about a metre away and i'd got caugt up in slow moving traffic on the way home

I did the same mate but i put the front on axle stands both sides then i was able to get into every bit of the caliper the new hammeright takes 30 minutes for a touch dry and can be recovered before 1-3 hours.
