I heard it's quite good for you etc...

Was it just at you're local gym?

Edit: Also it some times attracts some stunners

it's excercise bikes basically. you do it as a class though rather than just on your own. so there'll be a fit piece at the front setting the pace and she'll be barking out instructions like put more resistance on or maintain a higher cadence value. it can be a bit intense when you first go. i went for a couple of months but i stopped as i prefer actually being out on my proper bike.

I did a load of photography during a spinning class earlier in the year.

Tutor was HOT, seriously fit looking and had a cracking smile. Shame all the rest of the people in the class were fat middle aged couples

you sometimes get lucky and are put behind a hottie with a tidy arse. the time goes very quickly when that happpens! it's torture when you cop for a fat bitch with her arse crack sticking out the top of scruffy sweat pants.

The potential for hottie's sounds good but I think I'll stick to real bikes

Be interesting to go and observe

YEah they are bikes but slightly different technique, I was fucked early on as I was riding it like a normal bike, hopefully i'll be a bit better technique wise next class.

1. I haven't got a real bike.
2. I less like to end up falling off/run over etc and ultimately injured (i'm a danger to myself on a bike).
3. There is no trainer to push you.
4. There are different techniques you can do while you are on it, different positions etc.
5. it would be hard to match that intensity on a normal bike as you are restrained by the terrain or how the road and its surrounding drop.

Just a few reasons really.
