I can't believe a house of that size is only £250,000 ish (even without the bunker!)
Would be a million + easily down here.
I think I'm going to move up north / to germany. I like the idea of being in some remote area, with plenty of land to fuck about on and plenty of spare money (because my mortgage would be small) to buy ramps and motorcross bikes

Oh yeah, definitely, it's a project for someone not a place to live straight away.
Like the upstairs is just 1 HUGE room. Need's a few windows putting in and converting into smaller rooms, etc.
Would be awesome to own though, you could convert the underground section into some proper coolness - like in one room have a cinema room, another room have pool table etc.

dont talk crap
You'd pay 1 million plus for a 3 bedroom old farm house.?!?!?!
It not in the city centre obviously... about 25miles S of Aberdeen I think, house prices are cheaper out of the city centre, and thats not really a desirable out of city location. But still... how cool would it be to have you own bunker!
EDIT - its not even 3 bedroon! Its 2

That's just because one of the 'bedrooms' is the entire upper floor. Just put some stud partioning in and convert it into a 5 bedroom house.
The location sucks though - hence price.

9000 sqft is massive, and down our way would easily go for a massive price (prob not a million but not far off).

That is where I want to live, absolutely perfect. The only issue now is that a lot of people know about it so in event of a global catastrophie you would need to have remote sentry guns to prevent people getting in.
Is there a reason it's so cheap?

its offers over... so who knows what it'll go for.
Look at the home report and you'll get the valuation. (EDIT - No home reports any more!)
Might go cheap... might not

I could find you a lot more examples just like this.
An average house is prob worth around £450-£500k down here.
If I want to get my foot on the ladder, I can either pay about £160k for a 1 / 2 bed flat. or £200-£250k for a small (probably terrace) house 2-3 bedrooms, tiny garden, 1 parking spot etc.

Cool you should start telling people to move down here - we have warmer summers.
