Need a company runaround with a same engine 1.0 or 1.2
what are the pros and cons of each model

corsa for a runaround you wanna go for somethinig abit cheaper corsas are executive really ,try a skyline for runabout ,there a fairly decent little car

Can't comment on the others, but I got a 1.2SXI back in late September and it's been fine so far.

Decent std spec (leccy windows, heated + leccy mirrors, 15" alloys, 'sports' seats, etc), pretty good on fuel and 'nippy' enough for going round town, etc. Not too bad on a motorway run either TBH - well, considering what it is.

Get a 1.4 16v SRi, I think they are £10k-£11k brand new, if you get a 1.0 or 1.2 you will just get p*ssed off with how crap and slow it is performance wise!

Right got a quote off the website for 9500 for a Corsa SXi 1.2i 16v Easytronic
3-door hatchback with • Electronic Climate Control (ECC) with air-conditioning/air recirculation facility and Solar Reflect® windscreen as an optin do you reckon I could get it for £9000 if I pay cash

No harm in trying really push them for it, you could probably get it for less
