Well only some of you know that i had to sell my Scooby because i got finished up from work...
It needed a fair bit doing to it to make it perfect so i ended up selling to a local Subaru specialist called Graham Walker.
They have done all the work to it and now have it up for 5K
My Old Scooby
Breaks my heart man

Well it got keyed down the whole passenger side when i was visiting my dying nan in hospital..
The wheels needed refurbing..
Rear shocks had gone..
Small crack in the rear spoiler..
Cam oil seal leak..
Nothing MAJOR but we just didn't have the money to fix it all and then wait for a sale.Would have got 3K MAX private.

Wasn't to many peoples taste but in the flesh it was mint! Plus the dash shine on the windscreen is terrible on these and that got rid of it

If you can insure it and afford to run it there's NO better car for the money.
2K will get you a decent one even!

I beg to differ on the 1st statement.

Because imo there are better cars for the money.
Pulsar Gti-R would be 1 of them.

And you would buy a Pulsar for 2K? And expect it not to break?
Scoobys are FAR better cars than Pulsars I know i've driven both of them lots and lots of times.

Yes.Decent examples are out there for that kind of money.
I too have driven both of them(owned Pulsar and bro owned a scooby) and prefer the Pulsar eveytime. Can get good MPG(unlike the scooby).Pulsar is more raw and a more rewarding drive with a simple 4wd system and alot lighter. On the road, came across an RB5 and P1 and was alot quicker than both.Few hundred quid thrown at it will see a reliable 300bhp+

Tbh, those bits fixed at a Subaru dealer would cost a few hundred, then add in a Genuine High level spoiler (which iirc is about £400+VAT), couple of hundred on the refurb then at least £500+ on the respraying you really wouldn't be far off of the asking price for it Lovely car though.
