you could try and do it in google sketch up, seen a lot of impressive stuff done in that now and its free.

If I did it for you I'd do it in sketchup anyway. Add a few materials wouldn't look far wrong.
Can be done in Autocad but would take twice as long.

Could try using Inventor or Solidworks (if you have the time to fiddle around) if they are available to you?

its a lto of work anyway but the interior adds a whole host of extra work!

I could probably manage to recreate the first image (minus all the furniture) in about an hour/hour and a half I reckon.
The colours of materials are easy, might take a few minutes to do the various windows though.
