When I was 20 I had an 98 srad 600, it was £600 tpft with ebike insurance.
No claims cant be transfered from car to bike sadly

Depends if its garaged, I would expect premiums to halve in a brick garage.
For example, my ZXR400 was £200 tpft, no claims but no NCB at 21, in a brick garage
edit - and yet my RS125, due its reputation, was £300
edit 2 - and do what Colin says \/\/\/, this is exactly the wrong time of year to buy a bike, as they are like convertibles. Although, from your previous posts you dont struggle for money

Probably best to do your test then buy one over winter for next year?
