i was going round to a birds house to do the deed last night and i thought id have a warm up so about an hour befor i had to set off i had a quick tug but then i couldnt be arsed to go round

TBH just push through that initial being arsed bit, and as soon as you see her you'll be back up for it so to speak.

i think the issue was with my timing if i had shot my load about 2 hours befor id of been fine.

Yeah but then you run the risk of having recovered too much and it having little effect on your performance.

tbf i usualy last longer with a new bit meat for the grinder as you dont know what to expect and ure that dedicated on doing a good job u spend more time consintrating than enjoying your self...were as with now ben with the girl 2 years ...now the minutes are less than double figures sumtimes lol
