well i bought some morette lights off evans_corsab for £100..
& i will give the lad credit i did recive the lights & were packaged well but the only problem is the lights where not as described he said the only thing that was wrong with them was that the adjusters of the back where missing & one of the light mounts where broke but he said they come with a spare mask..
so when i opend the box looked at the spare mask this was also snapped
all the back of the case is cracked & they are barely holding together
screws missing & where the mask is ment to meet the lamp theres a massive gap the inner lamp hand nothing to hold a bulb in & there rusty inside 
and another thing the lights rattle about inside the mask surely this is no good would need new bulbs every bump i go over
evans_corsab ive put this up as your not too good at replying to u2u's no offence you probs have better things to do so anyways all i want buddy is a refund i can get the lights sent back out to you in the morning 
sorry to mess you about but theese are not worth the £100 i paid

i would just open a dispute via paypal and id also charge him postage to return them

i wont to botherd as long as i get refunded but he shold have said they where practicly fucked and i would have paid a bit more for a mint set from ebay

if he doesnt reply by tomorrow i will open a dispute but what do i do with the lights keep hold til he refunds or send them first ?
never open'd a dispute on paypal

yea well on paypal if you open a dispute you will get a refund regardless to whether he agrees or not

Paypal will freeze the payment in his account. They'll then ask you to return the lights recorded delivery. Enter the tracking number into paypal and sure enough once the item arrives you'll get refunded.
This is also an excellent way for scammers to send back a box of bricks etc

Paypal is really geared up for buyers. Honestly, follow their advice and you will be refunded by them. It's sellers who get fucked on there.

lol im no scammer & dont want to be.. people work hard for there money day after day so if he refunds me or paypal do he will get the lights exactly how i got them.. so how do i go about this paypal dispute ?

done that now what should i do wait & see dont i only get like 40 odd days to sort it out or should i get on the phone to paypal to sort it
