What do I say if I have lost mine and since moved and need a new picture? I'm betting i'll never receive anything back in the post after hearing how much shit that are getting wrong

Apply for a new one with all the correct details! How many people do you think the DVLA issue licences to? If they get a tiny fraction wrong it could be thousands. Ive never had any mistakes every time my licence has been back. But then im sensible, photo copies before they go etc always send recorded delivery.

Can you pay to have a new picture put on?

As mine is back in my hay day of having a shaved head and it does me no favors in bars etc.

its been about 2 and half weeks so hopefully it will be here soon, changed my insurance recently and they wont accept a copy of the old one as its now out of date. I seriously dislike the dvla.
