just got sum ET40 wheels......from vauxhall....are these ok to fit or wat? isnt da offset ET49 normally?!

on corsa c we fitted et42 17s on a 60mm drop and it caused no probs at all, so 16s on et40 wont cause u too much greef i wouldnt have thought

its the distance from the part of where the wheel sits on the hub to the inside rim (hence the decrease in value when the wheel sits further in)

the PCD is the stud distance (stands for pitch centre diameter)

the alloys will stick out 9mm more that with a 49 offset

They are prolly only 6.5" wide from vaux, so they won't cause you any probs...

I had 7" wide wheels in ET40 and they scrubbed like a bitch....
