Im looking to get a bike to use for alternative to road running, or goin the gym, ill also be using it to go to and from the gym, and the odd day roading off road.

iv been looking at acouple of GT agressors and avalanches but i was wondering if there any any good sites for dealsor any other recommendations of specific bikes

Can get a bike which costs £550ish for £300 if you can get on the Cycle2Work scheme.
