Yes there is. Called a post to IS Mount.

Thats the one mate!

How-ever i would recommend going to your local bike shop. Not halfords!
I'm a bike mechanic and believe me little things like that really do help your local shops stay afloat. And you'll also get good service if anything goes wrong like it's the wrong size or fitting.. does happen from time to time. Might be about £10 but i always so go to local places.

in that case you will need a fallopian tube to adapt the caliper
