Not being racist... But isn't it so damn annoying, when you are phoning up a company, for a flight or what ever, and you get an indian person on the other side of the phone. Sometimes you seriously can't understand what they are saying, and its so annoying. Especially given that the details you need to know for a flight, are quite important!
When you keep having to say 'sorry, can you repeat that' because you just can't understand them!

Have you never phoned a call centre before?
Other than First Direct (call centre in Newcastle) I very rarely, if ever, get to speak to an english call centre.

my missus got so pissed off with virgin media, she now has a note on her account so when she calls up it says "no foreigners".
It's not racist, but they are incomprehensable and also retards, they tried telling us we're not even with virgin media when we've been receiving the service for years and paying it for years. They're idiots, these days we just put the phone down if put through to a foreigner and call back. Not a racist thing but they're fucking useless

The worst one is when you get an Irish or Scottish woman on the phone and you end up nursing a semi over the accent while you're on a premium rate number, but the girl isn't even talking dirty

I'd be prepared to pay a little extra if I knew I could speak to someone that wasn't a robot and was in the same country as me!

I was looking all over the internet for the cheapest possible flights I could get. Some only deal on the phone. And it works out I got a very good deal in the end. I could just about understand this fella as well!
