Well this is my first foray away from the french shit that is the peugeot. I swapped mambo which was my 95 m reg 106 xsi for a black corsa sport a couple of weeks ago after tiring of spending money to keep her on the road. I feel i got a fucking exceptional deal out of it. 1999 T reg...4 years newer than mambo. 110k on shell which is 12k less than mambo. 72k recon engine with receipt to prove. 16vs! loads of tax n mot. and £150 cash my way....which paid for the mrs birthday haha anyway i got it home and all that was wrong was a knocking from the back which i was reassuringly informed was the "exhaust knocking against the beam...they all do this" says captain 2 teeth fuckwit tree dweller who i scared the shit out of when i took it for the mother of all test drives. turns out the passenger rear suspension bolt had worked loose and was knocking against the back box.....this eventually fell out and luckily i found it and put it in properly and that was the knocking gone. anyway enough rattle. spec and couple of pics below.
1999 T in black
72k 1.6 16v ecotec engine
superchip, delimited
brand new sportex cat back exhaust
red silicone hose kit
lowered 40-50mm all round on new springs
bilstien suspension all round
astra alloys in black with new tyres all round
slatted grill
standard bar above
and the xsi. solid shell but engine was tired and i was just bored to fuckin death of it

106moaners is boring as fuck, I very rarely use it, you can have a laugh on here and it's pretty laid back, lots of knowledgable people too if you ever need any help.

well been a while since i posted mainly because im effin skint at the min. car insurance and tax all together so ive been abit out of pocket. still got a couple of updates to post. as you can see ive added some red wheel trim tape to break up the black alloys, im going to do the side strips red when i get the chance too! also fitted a splitter at the front as the car didnt come with one and it looked pap without one also ive fitted a better condition spoiler as the one that come with the car was painted baaaadly. ive got some smoked clear lights for the rear to fit and some gm flaps to get on at some point but im a rather lazy bastard most of the time lol. got dry bollok lifters to fit aswell. lots of plans after the years out aswell anyway few pics of the corsa and a pic of my brothers xsi work in progress
