In the cinema because there were no seats and the jumped up little prick manager wouldnt give us any money back..

The manager called some massive security guard and then threatened to call the police so I told him to call them.. He was shaking like leaf, he dialed 9, 9. then stopped lol.

when you go to the cinema, you don't pay to watch a film, it's the whole experience. Polite staff etc, including the seating.

That part of the bargain was not met, he should at least give a refund or a free film or something.
