Long story short,
I unplugged the plug for the steering wheel airbag yesterday, plugged it back in and now the light will not go off 
Any ideas?

needs to be taken off with opcom or simalar tech2, cost 10- 15 quid at a decent place with the diagnostics and it will be reset
