Brilliant! Can't wait to see the progress.
We bought a repo that was empty for a year and it took us 5 months at weekends and evenings, then another year to do the garden!
Good luck, and have fun.

Top project.
I always get pissed off at the agents floor plans, they always make it look so easy to make space on plans but they never match up. Certainly that space under the stairs is wasted and could be used better by moving the lounge wall if it isn't load bearing.

Christ, you have been busy.
I'm sure I saw that very place advertised on rightmove a few months back, but looked a lot tidier in the agents pictures!
Looked like a good price for it (though I've no idea what the area is like).

Green bathrooms Ace!!!
Its quite an unusual looking building, but I kind of like it.
What it it a detached property with golden archways into the back garden??
Looks like a lot of potential, I'd be wanting to extend that & make it bigger. 2 story extension on the RHS with an integrated garage. What a project!!
I'd also completelly remove the 2 trees in your front garden & paint the house white.

Great potential. Arches are strange, look like they extend over garden entrance and then over an alley between the houses? Also looks like it extends over a gate the other side. Definitely potential to make something of that.

Looks a very nice house with a load of potential
But does it not remind people of the entrance to the Russian bike factory from Top Gear when James May raced the Fiat 500 vs 2 BMX's?

Poper rotter, but nowhere near as bad as mine when I bought it.
My place is absolute quality now.....hard work and dedication (and a fair amount of dosh) can make any place great.
Good luck with it
