I agree colin, mind you they charged me £40 to add both my parents and then tried to charge me £17.50 to change my plate so i told them to get stuffed as they would be ammending my insurance anyway!

It was a foreign type person I spoke to & had to go over everything bloody 3 times when they didntunderstand me, so the call took 3 times as long.
Then told me I was getting stung to the tune of £17.............cheers

I told them to GTF, they had charged me £600 for the year as it is, I'd informed them of the numberplate change, nothing says that I have to pay.
Soon waived the fee

Or you could look at it that cos he's spent all his money buying an RS so could do without shelling out £17 to have some documents amended and printed

They must have been able to tell your from hell (yorkshire) & know theres not a hope in hell of getting 17 quid out of you unless its in spent milk tokens or in kind.

I got charged the same when I did mine Colin, I'm with elephant too, I tried to tell them I wasn't going to pay that when I already paid £1400 for the year but they just said I wouldn't be able to put my plate on if that was the case
