Either way, seems this is them starting to play hardball now. They were meant to be named preferred bidders last Friday, board was all behind it - then the yanks threatened legal action as were convinced a bigger bid was out there (yet to be proven).
Haung knows if he waits until after the transfer window then pressure will really be on the yanks and a sale will be forced though.
