i'm gonna get rid of the playstation II but do i get an xbox or a gamecube.

should probably get an xbox, but ive just got the cube again. argos for £80 with a game. they are supposedly going down the drain. but there's loads of good games still to come out. f-zero, zelda, soul caliber, mario kart, final fantasy etc etc. and i have always prefered nintendo for gameplay. havent had a go on an xbox though.

Nintendo are not going down the pan... the gameboy will prop them up for years to come, no matter what happens to the cube.

I've got my US copy of Zelda coming this week, can't wait!

Metroid prime might be your cup of tea. but most games come out multi format now anyway. if you havent already some good sites to check would be totalgames.net and gamesdomain.com for info that isnt biased.

my fella has a Gamecube, Gameboy Advance, PS2, PS1 and X-Box (spoilt!)

He hardly plays on the gamecube... and is always on the X-Box so he'd probably say the X-Box....

xbox is better then the gaycube in so many ways it just isnt funny, plus if u are into chipping and 'backing up' then xbox is the only way to go. I cant be fooked with all that chipping malarky so i just buy the games, games like colin mc rae 3 and burnout 2 are gonna be so much better on xbox than the gaycube that it isnt funny. Dont get me wrong gaycube does have a place, its just under my little cousins tv and not mine.
