Hey,

Been a long time since I have had my own car, since moving to Spain the corsa got parked up and has been in the same place now for about 3.5years and after it got keyed I lost hope in getting it back on the road. Been driving work vans and a crappy works focus oh and my buggy so is so nice to have something to polish on a sunday

Taken a lot of tracking down as 95% of cars in Spain are bog standard models and always diesels. Also they dont have autotrader over here
This car was ordered in Germany by the previous owner, in the UK for about 6/7 years and now as we speak been registered on Spanish plates
The car has 55k on it and is 2000 reg with FSH and cambelt and pumps etc just been done by Audi Marbella

Anyway pics say a thousand words...

Thanks. I really wasnt sure what to get I liked boxsters for a while, Daveylc gave me the idea but a lot of cars over here are nearly double the price of the UK!! So boxters were minimum of 15k for the oldest highest mileage one you can find and i liked the thought of having back seats even if they are tiny. The more i looked at TTs the more i loved the shape of them.

I didnt speak a word of Spanish when I moved here but you soon pick what you need to get by up. My parents bought adrinks wholesalers so we supply bars/nightclubs etc.
I always recommend everybody to give it a shot out here, can always go back if its a disaster.

yeah rear valance is off a V6- cheap mod to do

Wheels where QS wheels (18's) ET36 at the front and ET26 at the back

Had alot of electrical niggles with it

Coilpacks going
Hazrd relays
indicatro relays
Windows use to drop for no reason
Thermostat

Good car though espeically after a remap

Also had a blueflame exhaust

Facelifted headlamps are Grey instead of black, can see the definition better. Looks great with whited out lenses and some Osram diadems too

Whitter talks sense with the V6 grille, inexpensive and looks the tits

my plans at mo are:
Black rear valance
V6 Grill
Really good polish etc

Not too bothered about lowering it as some roads around here have ridiculous speed bumps, my dad has trouble in his jeep

I registered on tt forum yesterday, somebody just replied asking if CS is chavvy

Deffo keep my eye out for some facelift headlights

Nice, I love TT's and the 225 is the engine to get. I'd get a remap, the V6 rear valance, and if you're lucky enough to find one, a V6 front bumper too.

It's on my list of possible replacements once my Cupra R is sold.
