I try to change the front bulbs today, but can't pull the old ones out.

u have to remove the bumper to get the headlamp out and get a good look at the back of the headlamp did it the other day to replace some sidelights u have to undo half the wheel arches to.....

I didnt know that I have to get the whole lamp out even I am just changing the bulbs. it sounds too hard for me to change it by myself.

i found it to difficult to get to the back of the lamp without pulling it out......
to remove the bumper its pretty easy apart from loosing the wheelarch which is bit of a fiddly job
but u might be able to get to the back of the headlamp without takin ur bonnet apart jus i couldnt

you talking about headlamp bulbs here ? if so i done mine in 2 mins,each bulb is held in with a clip only

yeah they are little spring clips, you need to squeeze them together then the clip will come out of it's holder then you can remove the bulbs.
its only tricky the first time, once you realise how they work then its a piece of piss to change.
