just a quick one, i have head that the thick red wire left in the foot well is un-used, is this correct?

The black wire that is left in the foot well, is it right to connect this to the wire that is to the right of the fuel rail above the gear box with a female plug on it?

The red wire that runs with the fuel relay in a black sheath goes to the positive terminal on the battery.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
