Right ive just fit a set of Phil B's Hid's and when the engine is not running they are fine and look really good. However when i turn the ignition on they seem to go very very shakey and the beam of light flickers up and down quite abit.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Sure its not just the bulbs moving? Have you secured them properly or is the engine running like a pig?

my drivers side hid looks like it moving when my car is on idle but as soon as i rev engine a little bit it stops, if they are just normal hids they shouldnt need earthing as im sure its just bi-xenons that need earthing. try moving the ballast somewhere or making it secure, if it dont work just send them back and tell them the problem

mine are fine, perfectly still so my guess if that the ballast isn't secured properly. mine are very tightly cable-tied to my slam panel so no chance of movement.

Sounds like it is the H4 unit creating the problem. Send them back if you can.

It still could be the h4 unit that is causing the issues.
