I'm leaving my job next month, moving on into something else
I need to write my notice, and hand it in today, but what do i write?
I'm leaving on good terms and have a lot of respect for most people i work with, love the job etc i just need to move to something i won't enjoy as much, but much better prospects
Can anyone give me any advice as to what to put?

Please accept this letter as written notification that I wish to terminate my employment as a Horse Racing Trader for Totesport as of 3rd October 2010.
I will commence my months notice as stated in my contract starting on the 3rd September 2010 and plan to leave on the date mentioned above.
As you will expect I will work my months notice with the same commitment and professionalism as in my previous two years within Trade.
While I feel that I have to leave due to certain personal circumstances, it is with great regret that I am leaving.
I would like to thank everybody for all the help I received when I first started and continued support throughout my time here. I have great respect for you both and I will never forget the things I have learned and continue to use them in the future.

the last line, where i mention great respect for you both, it is because there will be two people who i will be giving it to, trade manager and trading director

Cheers, removed the notice comment but will keep the last line because the trust they put in me after only a couple of weeks in the department showed what they thought of me to leave me responsible for liabilities which people who have been there months still dont get

They've all known i've been leaving for 3 months
This is just the official notice
I got the job offer back in may, but to start in october, so i told them then because it takes a while to train someone to do this and we were short staffed anyway. I didnt want to drop the people i work with in the shit
