sometimes when i am at a junction and i go to pull away the engine management light comes on and the engine stops then ia have to take the battery off to reset the ecu to get it to start and i cannot do the paperclip test as my car is a 1 litre 12 valve

no spliutter just eml and then stops

tryed unpluging the afm and makes a big diffrence to running so i dont think its that

rite the fuel relay is not clickin when it does stop so i think its the ecu cutting off as i have changed the relay and i arked my rathcet on the battery the other day while putting the rocker cover on i think that i have burnt something out

it was the crank sensor sorted thanks for the help
