Has anybody ever had these? I get them every now and again, quite common, didn't know what the fuck they were until a few days ago. I dont get them this bad though, just tiny ones. Towards the end of the video is a bit nasty like.

I thought these were just wee bits of food that had got stuck, didn't realise they were a medical concern. Agreed with the smell thing, they annoy fuck out of me when I get them as well - a toothpick usually sorts them out though.

Kind of, it doesn't really bother me though - it's not the very back, they're on the rear side walls if you know what I mean. The annoyance/ risk of poking about back there with a point is worth it to get rid of the little bastards, they feel exactly like what they are - a wee piece of shit stuck in your inside jowls.

Nah they are a naturally body function. The ones I get are tiny wee things that only smell if you squash them but I think you can have a medical condition were they are massive, I think the folk with that must have breath like an 80 year old Africans flip flop.
Fucking rancid though to think your body is capably of producing those types of smells.
