You have to prove that you have physically lost money, so if its your time you have to show how you'd of been earning whilst you had to sort their problem. If you dont have a job then thats a big task to prove

TBH i am on ISP number 6 this one being the worst!

Dony know who else to go to!

Thinking of using internet dongle and sacking off the land line...

You can't through the bank generally but I got some paid back by BT when they fucked my bill around causing me to go overdrawn

I forget the rules are different in England.

I don't think you can claim for costs in Scotland.

TalkTalk's service has always been known to be terrible, you go with them because they are cheap, not because of the good service.

Do you have phone and broadband with them, good luck getting out of all that and your phoneline swapped back if you have.

Well we are now thinking of sacking off the land line and use our mobiles and using an mobile dongle
