right well i put a new engine in my already converted xe corsa. fitted a 20xe and just kept my original inlet and loom. it has been in for a couple of weeks now with no issues started first time after putting it in and made 156bhp on the rollers with no fueling issues. then took it for its MOT on a trailor then when it came back on the garages trailor we took it off then started it but it then just cut out so i started it again and it cut out, now it wont start at all.

its cranking over and its getting a spark, i then took off the fuel line and cranked it and fuel came out the end but not sure if its the right pressure it came out like garden hose pressure.

does anyone know what else it could be? when i put the engine in i replaced fuel filter and airflow meter.

also when your cranking it it sometimes makes a small attemt to start but never does.

any ideas???

thanks

yeah exactly the same. wonder if the earths on the fuel rail are a bit dodgy that would explain why theres fuel going to the rail but not injecting
