Picked up some MV3s for my 320d tonight but it they all the same width tyres and not staggered. All wheels are 8j should the rears be 8.5j? I want 225 fronts and 255 rears but will the go on 8js?

My mv2's were 8.5j on the back. Reps normally come all the same size

sounds like you got reps or just 4 fronts, normally they say on the inside "this is not genuine" on a spoke, something along that line

Think they are reps but were pretty dirt cheap,so will 255s go on the rear will it make much difference?

Reps or 4 fronts as said. 255 will be too much on the rear me thinks

They will be reps if there all the same size whats the offset off the wheels? 255 will fit if the offsets correct but may stick out slightly and you may get rubbing issues, i have 8.5s on the front off my 320 and 9s on the rear but went for 245 tyres just to be safe and even that was a tight squeeze  i think 255 tyres on an 8j would stick out a good bit tbh
