Nah

I got so close then I think he started to push more and it was pretty much dead even for the last few laps

It would benefit in some ways but when I get people coming over accusing me of lying about the engine that's in it after overtaking them, it is greatly amusing, I fear with a bigger engine, it would become more expected and lose some of the fun factor. Plus I overtook a 1.8 Sierra and a 2ltr Turbo Saab on Saturday, cc ain't all that

It was Kurt's first time at Combe, I've done it 5 times now and have quite a bit of confidence in what the Corsa can do, there's a pic of it on 3 wheels in the Castle Combe pics and vids thread

My overtake list for yesterday was 2x 1.6 Corsas, 1.6 MX-5, Saab 9-3 2ltr turbo, shitty old Escort estate and a 1.8 Sierra. The Sierra was the most fun, battling it out for a lap then managed to hoon out of the second chicane and carry the momentum passed him
