I didnt quite sue them but when made redundant asked for a bigger pay off as it was unfair for me to go. (not just my opinion) and i got some extra money out of them

this is an on going problem with them running a secure unit so under staffed its dangerous i got assulted and have on going problems because of it. i have found a solicitor willing to take on my case

I took my old company to court for unfair dissmisal, they folded after 2 months going back to court and settled at 3k

2 people that i work with have sued where wehere we work due to injurys sustained at work and they both still have there jobs the 2nd guy had exactly the same accident as the 1st fell down a hole that was suppsoeds to of been filled in 1 yr earlier when the 1st accident happened and broke his leg and tore ligaments the 1st guy got 50k in total dirves a nice 335d now
