looking at these as my next car, was wondering what people make on them and what they would rather have if they had that choice?
only 18 but insurance is pretty good on them so thats the reason i have narrowed it down to them rather than others i was looking at!
cheers in advance, callum.

Would have thought the civic would be the cheaper to insure. Is the sport in EP shape? ie 2001-2006?
If so the vts will be alot quicker and more fun to drive. But then the civic will be more spacious and refined. From having a type r they are bullet proof too
Have a VTS now and thats had a few niggles but nothing major

The only Civic I'd have would be Type R tbh so I'd be going for the VTS. As said, would be quicker and alot more fun to drive.

apologies, well anyone else between the C2 and Civic?
FWIW, i was really looking at the Civic's but saw a crackin little black C2 at the retail park and have been lookin at them alot now, look half decent and good BHP and fuel consumption on them, also good insurance along with the Civic, however the Civic is bigger so would be more practical, but as stated i am only 18 so dont need a massive car at my age yet, and the C2 isnt that small inside believe it or not, also bein a small car must be pretty nippy as said!

The Civic is the better car, in terms of speed I would have thought the c2 maybe a tad quicker... but french vs jap I know what I'd choose
