Well, sold the Astra as the insurance was to dear for me with only having my licence for 2 months, the Corsa is a good bit cheaper and I've always wanted one so not a bad move tbh.
Bought the Astra like this, and sold it like this,
Now for the Corsa pics , there isn't a single mark on it at all except for the dent on the drivers door, other than that there isn't a mark on it, and its never been messed with either which is a bonus imo.
Rollin' on Micra hoops
Just need to get the bumpers and arches sorted.
Interior couldn't be any more basic , no MFD, no electric windows, no rev counter, no glove box,
Engine bay is pretty tidy as well, just need to sort the rocker cover out,
Thats how it stands, let battle commence

Yea, I'll try the heatgun first and probably melt the arches and then by the new ones

Obviously the usual stuff like lowering and alloys etc but for smaller details I'm not sure yet. Will keep browsing classifieds and just buy what I like, haven't really pictured how I want it yet.
One thing I know I'm doing for deffo is upgrading the interior to sport spec as horrid atm

I'm thinking about blowing the money I have saved up for the insurance deposit on parts for it It wouldn't be wise though because I'd have to save up all over again and it wouldn't be on the road for ages

Told you this was going to be slow , so far all I've fitted is a set of Astra G smoked indicators due to not needing any tools to fit them.
I have a few bits here waiting to be fitted but our house got done over and all our tools were took so can't fit nothing else yet until the insurance replace them.
So for now thats it will have more to show when tools arrive

Did they steal your hubcaps too?!
Sorry to hear about your house getting done over though mate
A good free "mod" would be a damn good clean up and get those arches looking black again

Nah I took the hubcaps of as they were Nissan Micra ones , should've had Irmy twinspokes waiting to be fitted but the deal fell through at the last minute
Cheers mate, its totally shit, was done while we were away on holiday, smashed the back window
All the paint work has had a good going over, clay'd, polished and waxed. Attempted the arches but there to far gone to do anything with. Got new ones here, just need some bloody tools to do it.
Suppose I could borrow some but I'd rather not, will have plenty to do when they arrive

So last night I went and picked up some wheels, which are Astra 6 spokes and I also got a 15" spare.
They like there in bad nic in the pics but there not to bad, I'm going to refurb them anyway. All 5 tyres are good, got them for the grand sum off.... £40
So today got out there when it stopped raining and got them fitted. only took 2 quick snaps in the drive.
Look better than I thought tbh, just need to decide what colour to do them now
And thats it for now , tools still haven't arrived so can't fit nothing else yet, hopefully they'll be here soon.

Still undecided on the colour, was thinking anthracite with silver bumpers with anthracite tops. Will see how it pans out
Yea my dad did one in work today, said they were as bad as mine so hes going to bring the heatgun home and do mine , that should be my next update
