I hope to god we make the quarter finals, shame that a few of the Premier League sides didn't get drawn against each other though.
I imagine going through will be
Newcastle (controversial)
Birmingham
Swansea
Aston Villa
WBA
Man Utd
Stoke City
Ipswich

There's not alot of quality team's left in the competition now, I'm inclined to agree with your predictions although i think Arsenal's kids will overcome Newcastle.
The competition is wide open with so many of the bigger team's going out I can see 7/8 of them team's being capable of winning it

England get awarded 3 places in Uefa Cup usually depending on their coefficients:
1 spot goes to the 5th place team in EPL
The next spot goes to the FA Cup Winners or If the winners have already qualified then the spot goes to the Runners Up, Then the next spot goes to the League Cup Winners but not runners up regardless of whether the winner's are already qualified the next spot will go to the next best placed team in the EPL as i understand it...

Because Carling cup games are shit, with weak teams and only good for seeing some younger players and how they are
Not worth the money, only reason i go is because if i didn't i'd have no chance for the finals

We didn't expect to get past Chelsea so quite possible we can get past the young boys. Not fussed if we don't as we'll field a weakened side so it will be a good run out for them
