rather than get a free xbox i went for a nice phone, haven't a clue about all this andriod stuff etc, not really a phone guru, but looks cool to me.
get it tomorrow 
any tips or things to do?

i went on that moneysupermarket site and looked at all the deals on there, then phoned up orange and haggled a deal for the X10 phone.

I would also get Handcent SMS app from the market, a lot better than the standard SMS android app

Had one for a couple of months now.
Brilliant phone.
The 2.1 update was supposed to be out on quarter3 but it was skipped and 2.2 froyo will be released shortly.
SE is waiting for the other companies to deal with the problems and bugs before they use it.
and TBH there's nothing wrong with 1.6

got it friday, i like it.
i'm not really clued up very much about this andriod thing and all the numbers/revisions.
phone seems to do everything i wanted and a bit more so loving it

I had one after my HTC Magic, also an android phone.
Was a great phone, had a few bugs but the camera was pretty good and apps are alright.
Sold it and bought an iphone though
