Does anyone know how these are measured?

I have a pump with slight play from the shaft to the turbine rotor. The key looks a bit worn as its not a tight fit so i am looking to replace.

At work we measure them by diameter x thickness,

So like 20mm diameter x 6mm thick.

When you're fitting it make damn sure its tight

Due to the Woodruff Key being loose, it completely nailed a nice newly rebuilt c20xe of mine
