Just wondering what other people do? I work 9-5 and normally hungry by 5, so by the time i get in and have tea i really dont feel/can go out for a jog till about 8ish or i feel like shit

I thought about going for one in the morning but i cant really got out for an hour odd before work?

what do other people do?

1 o'clock on a Saturday for an hour, half 7 on a Tuesday for an hour and half 7 on a Thursday for an hour. Might be adding a Monday night to that as well.

Apart from football, hee haw.

about half 6, i find it easier to train before i eat because if i eat i really dont feel like getting up and doing any excercise.

Tue - Run - 7-8am
Wed - Gym - Afternoon
Thur - Run - 7-8am
Fri - Gym - Afternoon

06:30 in Morning normaly when in office for week, and normally 10am when not.

Much prefer morning workout, always feel too tired in the evening, plus the gym is always rammed

for me it's really difficult as i work 3 shift.

nights - i usually excercise about 7pm
lates - about midday
earlies - about 5pm

all depend really though.

Went out running at 10.30pm the other day after I finished work.
Gym training is usually at 9am.
