Fergie might be interested in re signing him
Could be a flop again, but given his form I think it could be worth a gamble.

Can't see Fergie buying him in all seriousness, He's 31 now, he's already shown heisn't upto playing in the Premier League.
Oh and we also have Rooney, Berbatov, Hernandez & Owen in need of 1st team football, plus the rest who are on the fringes, Macheda/Welbeck/Diouf
So i'd say it's just a rumour

He's became one of the best strikers on the planet and possibly the best player at the last World Cup.
I'd have him before Torres.

This. He showed bits of brilliance at United, he just had absolutely no consistency. Now he's tremendous. Can hit it with both feet, has pace, and can header too!

I'd welcome him back if the price was right. Not saying he is as good as Drogba but how old is Drogba and he seems to get better and better with age? No reason why he couldn't have another few years performing at the top.

It's weird how he's evolved, he looked like a fish out of water as a striker at United and now he has all the attributes as a world class forward that can play up top or just behind. His vision, weight of pass and creativity are things he never showed when he was at Old Trafford.

I think i would rather bring Rossi back than forlan, atleast he has a fair few year's left in him, sure we still have an option on him too?

Forlan is 1 million times the player Rossi is, even at 8 years older.

Rossi is too lightweight for the prem, unfortunately
Forlan deal will never happen either
