When I convert my document from Word to PDF, the headings are bold and the paragraphs are in normal text, yet as I flick though the PDF its chaged the format round on a few odd pages and made the headings normal text and the paragraphs bold....WTF?

Never really experienced that. What fonts are you using?

If you have Office 2007 you can download an add-on from Microsoft to save-as PDF. Works a treat.

My Office 2007 comes with the option to save as PDF by default?

Might be a new one then - because my Office 2007 at work didn't and I stumbled across the add-on with Google.

When it first came out, you needed to install the add-in. Then the add-in was made available as an update so everyone had it as default.
