Just a quickie, how can you tell if a redtop ecu has been chipped without opening it,
Mine revs round to 7+, thought it was a bit high
When engine was in cavalier it was really quick and had had some unknown work done by coutenays,
What you think??

Rev limit may indicate that but it also depends on how accurate the needle is.
Could just feel alright if it's been looked after.
Even rolling roading it wouldn't be accurate enough to properly tell.

Try and get hold of a standard ECU and try that, see if it still revs to the same.
